Recently, Zhejiang Huigang Fashion Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Huigang Group") in Cambodia's southeastern Tea Krai Province, Batty City, the knitting factory "new Huichen (Cambodia) Textile Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Xin Huichen") in Batty City, Takeo Province, in the southeast of Cambodia, marking an important step in Huigang Group's overseas development strategy. The commissioning not only enhances the Group's international competitiveness, but also injects new vitality into the development of the local textile industry in Cambodia.

As an export-oriented knitted garment enterprise, Huigang Group owns 7 subsidiaries, with a total annual sales of over 15 million sweaters exported to more than 10 countries and regions, including Europe and America. The establishment of a knitting factory in Cambodia is an important step for the Group to respond positively to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and to make full use of Cambodia's policy advantages and market potential in the textile industry.

New Huichen started to prepare since 2023, after 2 years of infrastructure and plant construction, the total construction area of the factory is more than 10,000 square meters, mainly producing and processing cashmere knitwear, wool blended knitwear, other synthetic fiber blended knitwear and other products. The company now has more than 400 employees, more than 200 sets of computerized flat knitting machines for all types of needles, 1,000 sets of overlock equipment for all types of needles, and washing and ironing equipment, with an annual output of 2.5 million pieces of all kinds of sweaters, which are mainly exported to the international market.

Sustainable development is the key strategy of Xinhuichen, the factory has successfully passed INDITEX factory inspection, and is currently applying for BSCI, GMP, RCS, RWS, WRAP, GTW and other standards factory inspection. Xinhuichen introduces advanced production equipment and technology to ensure that the products produced meet international standards and market demand. Meanwhile, it also actively responds to the environmental protection policy of the Cambodian government and is committed to building a green and environmentally friendly knitting industry base.

With the implementation of the Cambodian government's tax incentives for the downstream sectors of the textile industry and the release of the "Development Strategy for the Manufacturing of Garments, Shoes and Travel Goods (2022-2027)", the Cambodian textile industry will usher in a broader development prospect. In addition, Cambodia's favorable investment factors such as political stability, rapid economic development and outstanding investment incentives also provide a solid foundation for the good development of New Huichen. The official production of Huigang Group in Cambodia not only lays a solid foundation for its own diversified layout, but also builds a new platform for the cooperation and exchange between China and Cambodia in the field of textile industry.

This also marks that the textile printing and dyeing supply chain system of Huigang Group's overseas layout has taken shape, which will further enhance the company's product delivery capacity and delivery efficiency, and promote the global textile printing and dyeing industry to develop in a greener and more sustainable direction.
